If your Vanagon still relies on the original plastic fuel rails (a.k.a. fuel distribution manifolds) and you are performing fuel delivery system upgrades, you might consider installing a pair of these bad-boys. Each fuel rail is fully machined from billet aluminum, then anodized for durability. The end caps are sealed with a fuel-safe Viton o-ring, then assembled with threadlocker. Finally, we pressure test each unit to ensure leak-proof operation.

Product note: In reality, the original black plastic fuel rails rarely fail on their own; rather, the "nipples" succumb to heavy-handed mechanics (no, not you!) in a hurry to remove the old fuel line that stubbornly hangs on. However, those plastic fuel rails are not an item you want to take a chance with, so we highly recommend upgrading to a metal fuel rail!
