Refund policy

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at crew@wethecollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Method Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free when using our provided prepaid label
  • If you choose to use your own shipping method, those costs are your responsibility

Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at crew@wethecollective.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with obvious signs of use or missing components.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.
