Bolt-On Roof Rack Bracket & Mount Kit [Vanagon Westfalia]

We decided it was time to design some crossbar mounting roof rack brackets that merged the typical artificial rain-gutter bracket and the crossbar tower into a simple, stout product. Made from 11-gauge stainless steel, these brackets use your choice of U-bolts or billet aluminum clamps to mount Yakima crossbars just above the roof of the pop-top, keeping your loads as low as possible. This attachment system creates a simple, affordable, low-profile and tidy look compared to some other bulkier alternatives. If you're like most of us and you typically leave your roof rack in place all the time, this system is worth your consideration. Crossbars sold separately.

Fits: All 1980-91 Westfalia Pop-top Vanagon

Options: Select your bar clamp style (basic U-bolt or deluxe billet clamp) and the number of brackets you desire. Sold in one, two, or three pair bundles.

Kit details: Coated in a textured black powder coat, each pair of stainless brackets includes stainless hardware to mount them to your fiberglass pop-top, and mounting U-bolts or billet clamps complete the offering. To mount square Thule bars, you'll need to get your own appropriately sized square U-bolts.
