Exhaust Gasket (Hi-Temp)

Not all gaskets are created equal! We got tired of commonly available high-temperature exhaust gaskets failing prematurely, causing annoying exhaust leaks that could cause a failed emissions test. The quality of the aftermarket gaskets we were receiving continued to decline, so we rolled up our sleeves and made our own. Our new custom, steel-reinforced graphite* gaskets are manufactured here in the good old USA of the highest quality materials for the longest lasting performance possible.

Fits: 1975-91 Bus & Vanagon catalytic converter flanges that mate to the J-pipe, and the muffler. One required per flange. Sold individually. Please note: Sometimes the connection between the catalytic converter and the J-pipe requires a sealing donut, not this gasket. Please inspect your vehicle's exhaust system prior to ordering.

*Graphite is a high temperature and pressure tolerant material that can withstand the heat and gases from your engine.
