The Widest Ski in the Series and the Friendliest Way Into It.
The Experience:
The Core Carbon 92 is the widest ski in the Core Carbon lineup, and for the tourer who wants a supportive, confidence-inspiring platform without fully committing to a freeride-oriented setup, it's the natural place to land. At 92mm underfoot, it offers enough width to feel stable and forgiving in soft snow and variable conditions while retaining the snappy, responsive character that defines the Core Carbon series as a whole. It's an approachable ski that doesn't ask much of you technically, but rewards you generously when you push it. Worth noting: if you're drawn to the 92 specifically because you want a wider, more playful ride in soft snow and powder, the Boost line is likely a better fit, those skis are built around that priority from the ground up. The Core Carbon 92 is for the skier who wants width in service of confidence and versatility, not width in service of float and freeride performance.
