The difference is the German seals are \u003cem\u003eslightly\u003c\/em\u003e easier to install, especially in colder temperatures. We are working with the USA manufacturer to duplicate the German material more closely so that either German or USA seals install with the same difficulty. Please note: Even the German seals are not “easy” to install. Replacing window seals is not easy, period.
